Just three short years after Lincoln was assassinated, a new church sprung up in the hamlet of Adrian.  Adrian Baptist Church is still preaching and teaching the truth of the Word of God over 140 years later.  Since the opening day in December of 1868, the Lord has seen fit to use this ministry to lead many people to trust Jesus as their Savior, develop a relationship with Him, and grow in Christ.

The verse that our church has claimed as our vision is Nehemiah 2:20b, "The God of heaven, he will prosper us; therefore we his servants will arise and build".  We will trust the Lord to build His church, and we will make every effort to see that His work is accomplished.
